DARI MEJA "TANYA PAKAR" : FOCUS ON THE GOOD THINGS IN YOUR LIFE


Focus on the good things in your life and you'll create a better life.

So think about it... Is there anything positive that you can think of that took place today?

I'm sure there is and maybe you're just not seeing all the great things that are
taking place in your life each and every day.

But most people never take the time to focus on even the smallest positive event that took place during the day, like getting to work on time or having a day off.

You see most people have programmed themselves to think about what goes wrong, and they focus on the negative events or why things don't work out. Then they get down on themselves and without realizing it, you end up getting more of what you don't want.

The not so great days become bad days, and the bad days seem to outnumber the good days.

Things won't get better, they never will as long as you keep focusing on everything that is going wrong, and how things don't work out for you.

By not remembering when things work out, by not appreciating those good days that you have or even the good moments that you have during an average day you miss out on attracting and building more positive energy.

You also don't direct your subconscious mind, your inner powers and the Law of Attraction to create more positive events in your life.

Instead, by focusing on the negative, by remembering what went wrong or by thinking about why things don't work out you end up attracting more negative situations. Without realizing it you begin directing your subconscious mind, your inner power, and the Law of Attraction to bring you more situations that create more struggle.

This is why things go from bad to worse. It's also why you start off with one bad day that leads to another and so on until you feel like things are just getting worse.

Now I know you don't want to do this, I mean nobody wants to create more struggle and pain. But if that's all you think about, if that's what you're focusing on then that's what your subconscious mind will continually create.

Your subconscious follows your thoughts and what you regularly think about. If you regularly think about what is wrong or what is not working out then your subconscious mind simply feels that you want more struggle and more situations that don't work out. It's not that your subconscious mind simply likes to punish you or make you miserable.

That's not it's intention. Instead, your subconscious wants to help you - it wants to make your life easier and more pleasant. Your subconscious relies on your thoughts as instructions.

That's why you should only think about the things that you want, think about things are going well and take time to appreciate the positive things that happen in each every day.

So today and everyday take a moment to focus on the good things that happen. If something didn't work out - that's okay. Acknowledge it and do what you can to improve the situation.

Think of the positive things that happen and appreciate them. Begin directing your subconscious mind and your inner powers to create what you want by sending the right instructions.

This means taking the right steps to send the right messages to your subconscious mind - start today.
